Prenatal Yoga

Rebecca was trained at the Yandara Yoga Institute in 2006. Building on her years of dance training and helping others move their body, she discovered the joy of helping others also connect their mind-body connection more deeply. Rebecca worked at Namaste Yoga in Williamsburg, Brooklyn as a teacher from 2006-2012. In that time Rebecca became a lead teacher, and helped train new yoga teachers in their Namaste Yoga College Teacher Training Program.

Prenatal Yoga sessions are done in your home.

60 minute yoga session: $100
90 minutes yoga + reiki: $140

Some basic yoga is also included in all of her doula work.

Rebecca is a Reiki Master in the Tera-Mai Seichem Lineage.

Reiki is not meant to replace or conflict with professional medical care, but rather hands on healing connecting the physical and spiritual realm meant to compliment any medical care that you are receiving.

Rebecca blends classic Reiki with Earth Elements and Intuitive healing for a unique experience for each client. During sessions, clients remain fully  clothed, and Rebecca lays her hands on you, allowing the healing energy of the Universe to pass through her like a vessel. She also uses channeling, crystals, aromatherapy, animal spirit guides, sound healing, and more!
